Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to evaluate their mental health status, emotional condition, and social needs, leading to tailored treatment interventions.

• Provide individualized psychotherapy services utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, adapting approaches based on ongoing assessments.

• Collaborate effectively with clients to develop and periodically review comprehensive treatment plans that outline goals, therapeutic interventions, and progress measures, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure efficacy.

• Advocate for patients’ rights and access to essential resources, facilitating connections to healthcare services, community support, and social services while maintaining a supportive environment.

You will work primarily with clients enrolled in a detox program, who come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, ensuring both theoretical and practical knowledge of social work principles.

Compensation and Benefits\n
