Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive clinical assessments, ensuring alignment with clients' specific needs and the overall recovery goals of the detox center.

• Engage actively in the multidisciplinary team process by contributing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the overall treatment strategies.

• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress through ongoing assessments, follow-up consultations, and effective communication to adapt treatment plans as needed.

• Collaborate with educational institutions and families to address and support the unique needs of clients, especially when their recovery journey intersects with their responsibilities as students.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to provide counseling and support to clients, helping them navigate challenges and develop coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use. This population presents unique challenges and requires a deep understanding of addiction recovery pathways. You will play a crucial role in providing compassionate support and fostering resilience among clients who are often navigating complex emotional and psychological landscapes.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; candidates with additional certifications in substance use and addiction recovery will be viewed favorably.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in clinical social work, particularly in mental health and substance use settings.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively advise and counsel clients, as well as document treatment processes comprehensively.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and develop data-driven treatment plans.

• Proficiency in coaching techniques that encourage positive change and client empowerment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
