Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring a holistic understanding of their challenges.

• Deliver individual and family counseling through evidence-based therapeutic methods, focusing on unique and adaptive techniques suited for diverse student populations.

• Facilitate group counseling sessions aimed at building community and support among peers, while teaching coping strategies and emotional regulation techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, enabling practice at the independent level.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience delivering clinical social work services, with a focus on school or adolescent populations preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of social justice principles, advocacy tactics, trauma-informed care, and available community resources.

• Exceptional communication, empathy, and organizational skills, with a strong ability to adapt to diverse client needs and backgrounds.
