Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, needs, and areas for growth, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus primarily on a diverse population of students, ranging from elementary to high school, who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, or other mental health challenges. Your work will be pivotal in helping students navigate these obstacles, fostering their resilience, and improving their educational outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, ideally within educational or community settings.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment plans that adhere to best practices.
