Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring an accurate understanding of their challenges.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness strategies.

• Advocate for clients' rights and access to community resources, ensuring they receive the support and services essential for their well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with school-aged children and their families, addressing a range of challenges including behavioral issues, emotional distress, and familial instability. By establishing trusting relationships and a supportive environment, you will empower clients to navigate their difficulties effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrated understanding of social justice issues, trauma-informed care, and advocacy practices.

• Exceptional communication, empathy, and organizational skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
