Working with Seattle-area schools, you will engage with a diverse student population, utilizing both telehealth platforms and face-to-face sessions when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of students and their families.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual and group counseling sessions, using evidence-based practices tailored to diverse needs.

• Create and implement detailed service plans that align with clients' objectives and foster their overall growth.

• Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their rights are protected and connect them to valuable community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily supports students within educational environments, where you will address a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, family issues, and behavioral problems. You will also engage with their families, helping to establish a support system that addresses the needs of both the students and their caregivers.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LICSW licensure in the state of Washington.
\n
• Strong knowledge of social justice principles, advocacy strategies, and trauma-informed care practices.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
