Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations of students to develop individualized, client-centered treatment plans aimed at addressing their specific mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves children and adolescents within educational settings, addressing a range of issues commonly faced by youth, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, trauma, and social skills development. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, along with an active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, specifically in psychotherapy within a school or similar setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
