Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality virtual therapy services to a diverse clientele, focusing on evidence-based practices to improve mental health outcomes.

• Manage an active caseload of at least 25 clients, ensuring that each client receives personalized treatment tailored to their individual needs.

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in an accurate and timely manner within our EHR system.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to promote collaborative care and share insights on best practices.

• Remain current on developments in the field of social work and mental health counseling, integrating new knowledge and techniques into practice.

• Engage with clients through innovative therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy, to address complex mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily be providing services to adolescents and young adults, particularly those transitioning through critical stages in their education and personal development. Your therapeutic interventions will not only affect individual clients but will also foster a healthier school environment that promotes well-being. While experience with the LGBTQIA+ community and men's mental health is preferred, the overarching goal is to create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LICSW license to practice in the State of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of three years of clinical counseling experience post-licensure.

• Proficiency in CBT and/or psychodynamic therapy methodologies.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy to adult clients, aged 18 and older.

• Professional malpractice insurance coverage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
