Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, gathering information about the mental health needs, strengths, and available resources of each client.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to address various mental health conditions.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Craft and implement tailored treatment plans that set clear goals and actionable interventions aligned with each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention and acute risk assessment, ensuring that safety planning is in place for at-risk clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
