Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing secure telehealth platforms, facilitating both individual and group therapy for students across various school districts.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on diagnostic assessments and ongoing evaluations of student progress.

• Work collaboratively with a remote interdisciplinary team, including teachers and school administrators, to coordinate care and promote mental wellness initiatives.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, tracking treatment outcomes and client feedback.

• Educate and engage school staff and parents on mental health awareness and resources, equipping them with tools to recognize and refer students in need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, each with unique backgrounds and mental health challenges. This role is crucial in providing therapeutic support for issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and other complex emotional needs. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, with an emphasis on school settings being highly desirable.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating evidence-based treatment plans that translate into actionable support.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster strong therapeutic relationships with diverse populations, including students, families, and school faculty.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
