Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and therapeutic needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, providing therapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups.

• Engage in collaborative care with educational and healthcare professionals to create an integrated support network for clients.

• Advocate for clients’ rights to access essential community resources, interventions, and support services.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LICSW, you will focus primarily on a diverse K-12 student population facing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. You will play a crucial role in helping students navigate their emotional and psychological struggles, equipping them with tools to flourish both academically and socially.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, preferably within school settings.

• Expertise in performing diagnostic assessments and formulating comprehensive treatment plans.
