Work Environment\n

This position is set within the Detox Center of Banner Mental Healthcare, where a multidisciplinary team collaborates effectively to foster recovery for patients experiencing mental health challenges. Although the role is primarily remote, you will frequently engage with colleagues and patients through digital platforms, ensuring a well-coordinated approach to patient care. The scheduled working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual and group psychotherapy, to patients coping with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status, evaluating their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform treatment decisions.

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that meet the specific and diverse needs of each patient.
