Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Provide individual and couples therapy tailored to a diverse client demographic, focusing on those navigating challenges associated with detox and recovery.

• Utilize a billing service that manages claims and accounts receivable, allowing you to focus more on therapy and less on administrative tasks.

• Document client progress comprehensively and promptly through modern electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.

• Effectively schedule and manage appointments, maintaining an organized calendar to accommodate both required and flexible sessions.

• Engage with a variety of clinical presentations, adapting your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients at various stages of detoxification and recovery, ranging in age from adolescents through adults. Your role will involve forming strong therapeutic alliances with individuals facing significant life challenges, including substance use disorders and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitively set between $70,000 and $100,000 per year, with additional bonuses available based on performance. Benefits include:
