This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work environment effectively while helping clients from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead the development and organization of mental health programs and services tailored to meet the diverse needs of patients.

• Maintain open and effective communication with physicians and other healthcare team members to report on patient progress, concerns, and treatment plans.

• Document patient progress and clinical interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with organizational policies regarding electronic medical records.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to formulate a comprehensive plan of treatment and effective discharge plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing crisis intervention techniques to address emotional and behavioral health issues.

• Facilitate discussions and plans with the patient’s family or support system to enhance the effectiveness of treatment and prepare for discharge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve at Iron Will Mental Health Clinic include individuals facing significant mental health challenges, particularly those in crisis or requiring detoxification support. Our focus is on high-risk populations who may experience substance use disorders or co-occurring mental health conditions. As a LICSW, your insight and expertise will be essential in helping these patients navigate their recovery journeys and overcome barriers to effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is a mandatory requirement.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of three years of direct experience in an outpatient clinical setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing computer software, including electronic health record systems, word processing, and data management tools.

• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a detox setting or familiarity with mental health assessments will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits\n
