Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify behavioral health needs, crafting individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Engage in ongoing evaluations of patient data to monitor progress, adjusting treatment interventions as necessary in collaboration with students, families, and educators.

• Utilize your knowledge of cultural competency to implement treatment strategies that respect and address the diverse backgrounds and experiences of students ranging from early childhood through adolescence.

Your work will primarily focus on students in diverse school settings, each facing unique and complex challenges related to mental health. This may include working with children facing emotional disturbances, familial issues, or trauma, as well as supporting students with special educational needs. You will be instrumental in identifying the barriers to their learning and well-being, facilitating access to necessary resources, and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field that conforms to Washington state requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience.
