This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to provide therapy services from the comfort of your own home. Your work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a structured yet flexible schedule conducive to productivity.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and trust.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to help clients effectively manage their mental health challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, offering timely referrals as necessary to promote the safety and well-being of clients.

• Document all client interactions meticulously using our electronic health records system while maintaining adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including educators and psychologists, to ensure integrated care for clients attending school.

The clients you will serve predominantly include students experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges, as well as their families. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
