Key Responsibilities\n

• Developing, implementing, and regularly updating individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique circumstances, needs, and goals.

• Engaging actively with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, nurses, and administrators, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care strategies that enhance the overall treatment plan for students.

• Monitoring ongoing client situations and providing follow-up services to assess progress, identifying any necessary adjustments to treatment approaches.

• Collaborating with school staff and parents to develop strategies that support students’ academic and social-emotional well-being, providing direct counseling and guidance.

• Facilitating educational workshops or information sessions for parents and caregivers, promoting awareness of mental health issues and available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on the student population within educational settings. You will work collaboratively with children and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, including behavioral issues, emotional disturbances, and socio-economic barriers. Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for students to thrive academically and socially is at the core of this role.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LICSW credential, indicating the highest level of clinical practice in social work.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, providing the theoretical foundation for clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
