Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a liaison between clients, their families, and various outpatient service providers to ensure a cohesive treatment approach.

• Actively engage with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management to ensure seamless access to necessary services.
\n
• Participate in comprehensive discharge and aftercare planning, working closely with clients to establish achievable goals and continuity of care.
\n
• Provide therapeutic meal support, utilizing evidence-based methods to help clients develop a healthy relationship with food and self.
\n
• Deliver empathetic and affirming care tailored to each client’s unique situation, taking into account their intersecting identities and experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will support include individuals struggling with addiction and related mental health issues. Our focus is on creating personalized treatment plans that respect each person's cultural background, life experiences, and recovery goals. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
