Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and diagnosing mental health issues when necessary, utilizing tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to develop effective individualized care plans.

• Continuously monitoring and evaluating patient progress, providing necessary interventions and strategies to address mental health diagnoses and ensure therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment records and reports, utilizing current technology and adhering to regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
