Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual and in-person assessments to gauge client needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation regarding client progress, treatment strategies, and clinical notes to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams involving psychologists, counselors, and medical staff to provide well-rounded, holistic patient care.

• Advocate for clients within the community by connecting them with necessary resources and support systems both virtually and in-person.

• Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to further enhance clinical skills and stay updated with the latest in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $52,000 to $70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
