Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate independent psychosocial diagnoses for patients, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.

• Collaborate with patients to create individualized, patient-centered treatment plans that align with their specific needs and goals.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing, adapting your approach based on the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Work closely with a collaborative care team, including psychologists and primary care providers, to coordinate and integrate services and deliver a seamless healthcare experience for patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, providing the educational foundation needed for effective practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
