Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks aimed at providing effective psychotherapy services to clients experiencing diverse mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and formulating individualized treatment plans based on best practices.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities tailored to the population you serve.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of records.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated care that aligns with our clients' treatment goals.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving client outcomes.

• Providing education, guidance, and support to clients and their families on various mental health issues and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services in a direct care setting.
