Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of patients and their families, focusing on aspects such as abilities, interests, psychological impacts of physical health conditions, and substance use challenges.

• Diagnose and create tailored treatment plans for patients dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and substance use disorders.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and crisis intervention strategies, to establish achievable treatment goals that empower clients.

• Systematically observe, document, and evaluate client behaviors and progress, employing psychological principles to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care, contributing to interdisciplinary team meetings.

• Maintain accurate and concise clinical documentation in our electronic records system, tracking patient progress and treatment outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in social work and mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, including a clinical internship that meets professional standards.

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification in the state of Washington.

• Experience providing psychological services on an outpatient basis within the past 12 months.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
