Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, both virtually and in-person, to ascertain the needs of clients, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed Care, to address a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, coordinating care that may involve other healthcare professionals, families, and community resources, to ensure cohesive treatment strategies.

• Document client progress meticulously to track treatment effectiveness, maintain compliance with licensing standards, and ensure continuity of care through established electronic health record systems.

• Advocate for clients’ access to essential resources within the community, leveraging both virtual options and in-person outreach to ensure their needs are met.

In this role, you will primarily work with youth and their families who are navigating various mental health challenges. Our clients often face unique life circumstances that affect their emotional and psychological well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
