Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, both virtually and in-person, to evaluate and address clients' psychological needs, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and crisis intervention, to assist clients with diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Work collaboratively with other professionals in an interdisciplinary team, including educators, healthcare providers, and school counselors, to provide integrated care and ensure continuity of treatment.

• Document client progress meticulously, using electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each client’s therapeutic journey.

• Advocate for the rights and needs of clients, facilitating access to community resources and support systems, both remotely and in person.
