Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by clients seeking detox services.

• Provide compassionate and effective individual and couples therapy across a diverse clientele, employing therapeutic modalities that resonate with each client's needs.

• Complete comprehensive documentation of all sessions in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Schedule ongoing appointments, maintain an accurate calendar, and proactively communicate with clients to facilitate their continued engagement in therapy.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based practices to address various clinical presentations and mental health issues that clients may encounter.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a wide range of clients, including individuals and couples grappling with addiction, mental health disorders, and other related issues. Our detox center serves a diverse population, providing you with the opportunity to apply your expertise and deepen your understanding of various clinical presentations that clients may bring. Your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches will be crucial in meeting their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential, with a current LICSW license for independent practice.

• Exceptional professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and a commitment to cultural competency are required attributes.

• Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team setting.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage your therapy caseload.

• Willingness to maintain a minimum of 20-25 client hours per week, including availability for at least two evenings each week.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant training and experience specifically working with couples is highly valued and will be taken into consideration during the application process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our salary range for this position is competitive, with earnings between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
