Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and needs as they enter the detox process.

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that cater to the unique circumstances of individuals and groups, enhancing their chances for successful recovery.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on coping strategies, emotional regulation, and recovery skills.

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders, often accompanied by co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, particularly in substance use treatment or mental health settings.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

Preferred Experience\n
