Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, providing evidence-based psychotherapy to clients aged 18 and older.

• Develop individualized treatment plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client based on their clinical presentation and personal goals.

• Employ therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to assist clients in managing various mental health challenges.

• Maintain detailed case notes and documentation in our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on contemporary treatment approaches.

• Participate in team meetings and collaborative discussions focused on improving patient outcomes and the overall effectiveness of our services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the State of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating strong competency in individual therapy.

• Familiarity with delivering therapy via telehealth platforms, ensuring effective engagement with clients in a virtual setting.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
