Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Delivering various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, fine-tuning your approach to meet each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and established standards to safeguard client confidentiality.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care that optimally supports each client’s recovery.

• Participating in case consultations and contributing to peer review meetings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement among team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing a variety of mental health issues within a detox setting. Clients may present with addiction-related challenges, co-occurring disorders, and other mental health conditions requiring specialized support. Your ability to empathize, assess, and tailor interventions will be key in promoting their mental health and guiding them through recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
