Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to evaluate the strengths and needs of clients facing substance use and related mental health challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices to provide tailored therapy and counseling to individuals, families, and groups, ensuring each session is client-centered and goal-oriented.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and support staff, to coordinate an integrated approach to client care that addresses physical, emotional, and social needs.

• Advocate for the rights and access of clients to community resources such as housing, employment, and additional support services that aid in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Contribute actively to team meetings and case conferences, sharing insights and learning from others to continually enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients who are navigating the challenges associated with substance use disorders, often compounded by co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. Your ability to connect with this diverse population, often requiring culturally sensitive approaches, will be paramount in fostering trust and encouraging engagement in their recovery processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience delivering clinical social work services, with a strong focus on therapeutic interventions.

• Proficient in performing diagnostic assessments and crafting well-informed treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and similar methodologies.

• Attractive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
