Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Safe Ground Behavioral Health, you will have a range of responsibilities that are essential to our detox center's treatment approach:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans that include psychosocial assessments, discharge plans, and strategic interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions to address their mental health needs, ensuring accurate documentation in clinical records as per departmental policies.

• Provide crisis intervention counseling and support to patients experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges during their detox process.

• Consult and engage with clients’ families and support systems to facilitate effective communication and coordination of care, particularly during discharge planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
