Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, developing individualized treatment plans that facilitate optimal recovery and symptom management.

• Provide high-quality individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy sessions, tailored to meet the specific therapeutic needs of clients within the detox setting.

• Engage actively in program planning discussions with the psychiatry team and other relevant staff members to ensure cohesive treatment strategies and continuity of care.

• Regularly evaluate and monitor patients' ongoing biopsychosocial needs, adapting treatment plans based on their evolving conditions and personal circumstances.

• Deliver effective case management services, maintaining thorough documentation and progress notes in an electronic health records system, which we will provide training for.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The licensed social worker will focus on working with adult clients struggling with substance use disorder and related mental health issues in a detox environment. A key aspect of this role is providing empathetic support and guidance to individuals during a critical period of their recovery journey, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• Active LCSW licensure in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain licensure as applicable.

• Willingness to secure professional liability insurance as a prerequisite for independent contractor status.

• A demonstrated comfort and empathy when working with senior citizens, especially in a context that includes mental health challenges.

Preferred Experience\n

• Possession of a Medicare provider number is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
