Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in managing work-life balance while contributing to our patients' recovery processes. Working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, embracing a supportive culture that encourages collaboration amongst remote teams. As you interact with both patients and healthcare professionals, you will utilize a suite of digital tools and platforms designed to provide efficient care management and maintain effective communication.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gauge patients’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, guiding treatment decisions.

• Provide targeted psychotherapy and other mental health services to patients, focusing on those dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders.

• Develop individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices, continually adapting these plans based on patient progress and collaboration with medical providers.

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making adjustments to therapeutic strategies in response to feedback from both patients and healthcare teams.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, ensuring they comprehend mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources for added support.

• Adhere to ethical standards and best practices, maintaining confidentiality and securing informed consent throughout the therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
