Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual, comprehensive psychosocial assessments that identify clients’ strengths and needs, forming the foundation for personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, to deliver focused counseling services tailored to individuals, families, and groups.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by working closely with detox staff and medical providers to ensure integrated care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Advocate for clients' rights while ensuring they have access to vital community resources such as housing, employment support, and supplementary therapeutic services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory to qualify for this position.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in a relevant setting.
