Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs.

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to various clinical presentations.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with administrative protocols.
\n
• Collaborate with the billing service to manage claims and maintain clear communication regarding client accounts and payment plans.
\n
• Schedule ongoing therapy appointments, maintain an organized calendar, and adapt to shifting client needs.

• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss case management and share insights aimed at optimizing client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving children, adolescents, adults, and couples in a Detox Center environment. Your therapeutic expertise will be vital for clients navigating various stages of recovery from substance use and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Current independent licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington.

• Ability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours weekly, including at least 2 evenings per week.

• Self-motivated and driven to improve therapeutic techniques and professional skills continually.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy to couples and families is highly desirable.

• Previous work within a Detox or substance use treatment setting is a plus.

• Significant training in trauma-informed care and experience dealing with issues related to substance abuse recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package that includes:
