Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual and in-person assessments to deeply understand each client's needs, effectively utilizing diagnostic tools to inform tailored treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), addressing a variety of mental health challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including physicians, nurses, and peer support specialists, to provide comprehensive care plans that cater to the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and data entry in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Advocate for clients' rights and access to community resources, employing both telehealth platforms and in-person meetings to enhance their support network.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals battling substance use disorders along with co-occurring mental health issues.
