Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LICSW, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to diagnose and evaluate patient status within a culturally aware framework.

• Creating individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and diverse backgrounds of each patient, taking into account their mental health diagnosis.

• Regularly monitoring and assessing patient progress, adjusting treatment interventions and strategies to enhance mental health outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records and treatment documentation compliant with regulatory requirements using current electronic health record (EHR) technology.

• Collaborating closely with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment strategies aligned with desired therapeutic goals.

• Facilitating referrals and connecting patients with additional treatment providers as needed, fostering a supportive continuum of care.

• Providing education, mentorship, and oversight to students, interns, and other junior staff, enhancing their clinical skills and knowledge.

• Engaging in peer reviews, clinical audits, and team development initiatives as directed by your clinical supervisor to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

Maxim Wellness Corporation offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience.
