Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual and in-person assessments to gain a complete understanding of each client’s mental health and emotional needs, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care) to effectively address various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, grief, and end-of-life concerns.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical and nursing staff, to provide seamless coordination of care. This includes attending team meetings and case reviews both virtually and in-person.

• Document client progress meticulously, ensuring all records meet compliance standards and are maintained in our electronic health record system.

• Regularly engage with community resources to advocate for client rights, facilitate access to necessary services, and enhance overall patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
