Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate and understand patients' mental health needs, strengths, and existing resources.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to provide effective treatment tailored to individual patient scenarios.

• Develop and implement collaborative treatment plans with multidisciplinary teams, integrating patient preferences and feedback into the decision-making process.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring an environment that promotes healing, understanding, and growth.

• Work closely with psychiatric staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and follow-up for patients, enhancing treatment effectiveness.

• Guide patients in understanding their diagnoses, treatment options, and the role of medications in their care plans, advocating for their rights and needs throughout the process.

• Assist patients in navigating the mental health system, including developing resources and support networks in the community.

You will primarily work with individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our patient population includes children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly, each presenting unique needs, diagnoses, and life circumstances. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
