Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible work environment, as all services are provided remotely. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team via telehealth platforms, ensuring that clients receive consistent and integrated care while embracing modern technology to foster communication and support. Your typical work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to identify clients’ comprehensive needs, histories, and treatment goals, ensuring personalized care plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and groups, utilizing techniques tailored to fit diverse client scenarios.

• Collaborate proactively with healthcare professionals—including physicians, therapists, and addiction specialists—to create a multi-faceted support system for clients.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them to vital community resources, such as family support services and mental health networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients who are engaged in detoxification and recovery processes. Many individuals will come from varied backgrounds, including those experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to an attractive benefits package.
