Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough multidisciplinary team assessments to evaluate each child's developmental status, using standardized tools and observational data.

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate interventions tailored to the unique needs of children from birth to three years of age and their families.

• Develop Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs), identifying specific goals, objectives, and tailored strategies to support each child’s development.

• Document progress through the completion of detailed progress notes, assessments, and reports, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

• Provide individual and group therapeutic interventions focusing on areas such as cognitive skills, adaptive behavior, social-emotional health, and communication development.

• Assess and monitor family dynamics, strengths, and challenges, effectively coordinating services and resources to promote family well-being.

• Act as a service coordinator, guiding families through the intervention process, managing schedules, and ensuring alignment with goals.

• Support families in advocating for their children, facilitating parent-child interactions that promote healthy development.

This role primarily focuses on the pediatric population, especially infants and toddlers aged birth to three years who are experiencing or are at risk for developmental delays. Compensation and Benefits\n
