Key Responsibilities\n

• Assist in the design and implementation of mental health programs tailored to the unique needs of our patients.

• Maintain constant communication with physicians and other healthcare providers to relay essential patient progress, needs, and concerns.

• Document clinical interactions efficiently by maintaining precise and timely records in compliance with organizational policies, including clinical assessments and progress notes.

• Engage in collaborative development of treatment plans, integrating psychosocial assessments and evidence-based social work interventions.

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to patients, assessing and addressing a range of emotional and behavioral issues effectively.

• Coordinate with family members and caregivers about patient treatment and discharge planning to ensure continued support beyond therapy.

• Stay updated on current evidence-based practices and participate in ongoing training to refine counseling techniques and strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
