Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and convenience while allowing you to engage with patients through telehealth platforms and electronic communication. You will be provided with the necessary digital tools to maintain effective therapeutic relationships and coordinate care seamlessly. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing you with a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and mental health services to patients dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, ensuring a holistic understanding of each patient's needs.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally competent, aligned with the unique needs and values of each patient.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate and optimize patient care strategies.

• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is a must.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health services.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong therapeutic alliances with patients and collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
