Key Responsibilities\n

  Utilize your expertise in social work to conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, formulating accurate independent diagnoses for each client based on their individual circumstances.

  Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their voices are integral to the therapeutic process.

As a clinical social worker at Aid Sphere Solutions, you will engage with a rich variety of clients facing a range of mental health challenges. This includes individuals seeking assistance for depression, anxiety, trauma, and other emotional and psychological conditions. You will work collaboratively with diverse populations, ensuring that care is sensitive to individual cultural and socio-economic contexts.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

  Possession of a current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently in mental health as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

  At least one year of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating the capacity to practice independently with a diverse client base.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience in telehealth settings, knowledge of community resources, and familiarity with co-occurring disorders are advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n
