Key Responsibilities\n

As an LICSW, your responsibilities will encompass the following:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify and understand the mental health needs of patients.

• Developing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Delivering therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities as appropriate for the patient’s specific context.

• Managing and updating patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of documentation.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a cohesive treatment plan that ensures comprehensive care.

• Engaging in regular peer consultations and clinical review meetings to continuously improve the therapeutic services provided.

• Educating patients and families about mental health issues, treatment possibilities, and community resources tailored to their needs.

• Staying abreast of advancements in mental health research, integrating new findings into clinical practice to enhance treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
