Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for a wide range of vital functions, including:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify individual client needs and challenges.

• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to guide intervention strategies.

• Providing essential support and resources to families, enhancing their ability to cope with caregiving challenges.

• Administering evidence-based assessments while adhering to all federal and state regulations.

• Establishing rapport with children and families to create a healthy and constructive learning environment.

• Coaching families on effective strategies and tools to improve child development in line with Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Implementing IFSP recommendations and adjusting service frequency based on individual child development and family needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children, particularly those experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. By employing a family-centric approach, you will collaborate closely with families of infants and toddlers to foster learning across physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication domains. You will also be working in the sensitive context of hospice care, addressing both emotional and practical needs of families navigating end-of-life issues.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as an LICSW from the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
