This position is entirely remote with the flexibility to engage with clients via telehealth platforms or in-person assessments as necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to assigned clients through effective assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health issues.

• Establish and maintain a trusting rapport with clients while fostering effective collaborations with team members.

• Conduct evidence-based assessments and screenings to evaluate client needs and implement individualized care plans.
\n
• Provide intensive counseling services including individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring services address both presenting problems and client requests.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, employing de-escalation techniques to support clients in distress.

• Carry a caseload of clients, monitoring their treatment progress and adjusting care plans as required.

• Ensure timely documentation and report submission while maintaining compliance with ethical standards and organizational protocols.

• Contribute to agency committees to enhance service delivery and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
