Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct multidisciplinary team assessments to determine each child’s developmental status, ensuring holistic consideration of their needs.

• Develop and implement individualized developmentally appropriate interventions for children aged 0-3 and their families, adapting strategies to fit each family's circumstances.
\n
• Collaborate in creating Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP), establishing measurable goals and objectives aimed at supporting each child’s development.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely records, including progress notes, reports, and assessments, to document the child's progress and inform stakeholders.
\n
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions both individually and in groups, focusing on key areas of development such as cognitive, social-emotional, and communication skills for infants and toddlers.

• Assess family strengths, resources, concerns, and overall progress to tailor support accordingly.
\n
• Serve as a family service coordinator, managing schedules, implementing, and monitoring intervention plans while adhering to established timelines and procedures.
\n
• Facilitate parent-child interactions, encouraging advocacy skills among family members, and promoting positive development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this position is primarily on infants and toddlers from birth to three years old, particularly those at risk for or facing developmental delays. You will work closely with families, understanding their dynamics, cultural backgrounds, and specific challenges. Your role is crucial in empowering parents and caregivers to advocate for their children, enhancing their overall developmental outcomes.

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work license (LICSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
