Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual, in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' strengths, needs, and mental health status.

• Deliver structured, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to individuals, families, and groups, including treatment methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with various healthcare providers to ensure integrated care pathways for clients, enhancing their access to resources and support systems.

• Advocate effectively for clients' rights and help connect them to community resources and additional services.
\n
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes using electronic health records systems.

• Participate actively in regular team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to refine clinical skills and adapt to new methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

• At least two (2) years of post-licensure clinical social work experience.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans.
