Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and challenges, thereby developing effective treatment plans that foster growth and recovery.

• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches to address clients' concerns.

• Encourage client engagement by collaborating on achievable therapy goals and monitoring progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to maximize efficacy.

• Document client interactions meticulously within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations as well as ethical standards of practice.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings, contributing insights and staying informed on advancements in the field of mental health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
